A more resilient infrastructure with Microsoft Azure

Autotechnics, one of the largest spare parts distributers in Ukraine, needed a more resilient infrastructure to keep their data accessible to customers, even during times of crisis.

SoftwareOne is a leading global software and cloud solutions provider that is redefining how companies build, buy, and manage everything in the cloud. They were approached by Autotechnics who relied on an on-premises datacenter and needed a disaster recovery plan to address recurring blackouts in the area. For Autotechnics, periods of long outages and losing access to their environment, to their data, and to their systems caused major disruption to their business.

Enabling a better customer experience

Working with Autotechnics, SoftwareOne was able to quickly implement a disaster recovery solution in a matter of days instead of weeks. Using Microsoft Azure and Azure Site Recovery allowed SoftwareOne to increase the speed of the deployment. The Azure Migrate and Modernize offering provided SoftwareOne the right level of support from Microsoft to secure funding for the project and offer services at no extra cost to Autotechnics. SoftwareOne was able to provide a proof of concept, proof of value, and many other features and benefits to support Autotechnics in leveraging Azure. 

The immediate result was that Autotechnics was able to offer uninterrupted support to their customers that were reliant on their systems. Now they can focus on innovation.
